Role Description This full-time, on-site Logistics Specialist role is based in the Santiago Metropolitan Area and focuses on supporting Huawei Latinoamérica’s regional supply chain and distribution activities. The Logistics Specialist will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments,



manage export documentation, and ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, tracking orders, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to secure timely deliveries and resolve logistical issues. This position also requires analyzing logistics data to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels, while maintaining clear and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, monitor KPIs, and support process improvement.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export processes, including documentation and trade compliance.
Experience with logistics or ERP systems, order management tools, and MS Offic
