Position Overview

DocPath is seeking a data-driven and commercially minded Growth Marketing Analyst - B2B Software, with 2-3 years of experience, to accelerate pipeline generation, improve conversion performance, and strengthen market positioning .
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, owning key initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Conversion Optimization
Analyze and optimize website conversion funnels, landing pages, forms, and call-to-action strategies.
Increase demo requests, content downloads, webinar registrations, and sales-qualified opportunities.
Design and execute A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates across digital channels.
Product Adoption & Retention
Identify friction points throughout the customer journey that prevent prospects and users from realizing product value.
