Junior Sales Manager - Nothern Germany (m/w/d)

Your tasks

You are responsible for all aspects of operational sales and business development in your territory.
You identify market and sales potential.
You enjoy acquiring new customers (hunter mentality).
You create budgets and forecasts for the assigned territory.
You work on the creation of sales concepts.
You advise and support customers independently and professionally and conduct negotiations until the contract is concluded.
You decide on the transfer of customers to the indirect sales channel.
You maintain data in our CRM system Salesforce.
You monitor the market and the competition and contribute to analyses.
You take part in trade fairs.

Your profile

You have a university degree or a comparable qualification in engineering or natural sciences.
Ideally you have some experience in sales of technical products.
You are a strong communicator and have a good command of English.
You have a high level of commitment.
The team is based in Ahrensburg near Hamburg,



but you will work from home in your sales territory. You will travel as required to achieve the sales targets in your region.
