About The Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our Product Marketing team. This is a support-focused, execution role reporting into a Product Marketing team — you'll be implementing and maintaining systems that already exist or are being defined by others, not setting strategy independently. This role keeps our systems clean, our projects on track, and our stakeholders in the loop.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day organization in Asana, including workflow management, request intake, project hygiene, and documentation
Build and maintain project documentation, status reports, and process guides
Support ongoing cleanup, organization, and hygiene of our team knowledge base (Guru)
Keep reviews, customer interviews, and product feedback organized
Monitor campaign performance and help pull together reporting and optimization recommendations
Help us stay on top of product usage data, flagging trends and surfacing what's worth a closer look (Mixpanel or Looker experience is a nice to have)
Publish and update product-related collateral as it changes
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in a Coordinator, Assistant, or support capacity (not a lead/strategy role)
Hands-on, day-to-day experience managing workflows in Asana is strongly preferred. Experience with a comparable tool (ClickUp, Monday, Trello) will be considered, but Asana experience is a significant advantage
Strong spoken and written English (B2+ required, C1 preferred) — this role involves regular communication with a US-based team
Detail-oriented and likes building process where none exists, keeping people on track without being asked twice
Comfortable reaching out to people directly and assigning work
Good written and verbal communication, with a service-oriented approach to working across teams
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift
Comfortable pulling data tog
