The role acts as HSSEQ Leader at country level, combining strong OHS expertise with responsibility for process implementation, local compliance required to sustain the local certification, and functional coordination of the local team, with a hands‑on operational approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement OH&S; policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring full legal compliance.
- Identify and assess risks, defining preventive measures to maintain safe working conditions.
- Ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards, driving continuous improvement through KPIs, non‑conformities, and corrective/preventive actions.




- Plan and execute internal and external audits (including ISO 9001), as well as inspections and on‑site controls.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and deviations, implementing actions to strengthen prevention practices.
- Provide technical support to operations and projects on safety, quality, and process‑related matters.
- Identify training needs and foster a preventive, quality‑driven organizational culture.
- Manage and continuously improve the integrated HSSEQ system, including documentation, audits, reviews, and change management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen the organization’s culture of safety and quality.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a prevention role (ITS or similar industries preferred).
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, with a hands‑on approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Prevention Engineeri
