About The Role

In this role, you will develop and enhance responsive web applications for a long-term US-based client in the Smart Home industry. You will focus on Vue.js solutions used by sales teams, taking ownership of reliable, accessible, and high-performing user experiences while collaborating with a distributed engineering team to continuously evolve the platform.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive frontend applications using Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS, supporting consistent experiences across devices
Own frontend features and enhancements, ensuring maintainable code, application performance, accessibility, security, and scalability
Collaborate with engineers, QA specialists, and other project stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
Build reusable UI components and implement state management patterns that support maintainable application development
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, ensuring reliable communication with backend services and smooth user interactions




Implement unit tests and engineering practices that improve code quality and support reliable application releases
Optimize existing functionality and code to accommodate evolving business processes while maintaining application stability
Contribute to technical discussions, code quality improvements, and engineering best practices within an Agile development environment

Requirements

Strong experience with Vue.js 2 or 3 and TypeScript for modern frontend application development, with Vue 3 experience preferred
Hands-on experience with Vue.js state management and integration with REST APIs
Solid knowledge of HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript for developing responsive and maintainable web interfaces
Practical experience with unit testing and building secure, scalable, accessible, and high-performance frontend solutions
Familiarity with .NET alongside Vue.js is an advantage, as well as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material Design
