We are seeking for a Benefits Administrator – People Services, will support the
Benefits Shared Services Team to provide a multi array of Benefits related tasks
as well as ad hoc responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Prepares, updates, monitors and submits reports to all government agencies
pertaining to government mandated contributions and benefits.
* Coordinates and manages vendors to ensure timely benefits are provided to
employees.
* Collaboration with a integral team, including taking accountability for quality
and on-time delivery of own work and involving other team members when
appropriate.




* Complete Benefits related tasks in accordance with procedures to ensure
ongoing consistency and compliance with required timeframes.
* Follow Benefits related processes per region in accordance with the
established guidelines.
* Triage and analysis of each requests/issue with concrete solution path to
employees and consultations with the Team Lead if need be.
* Provide process improvement recommendations when identified, to reduce
completion time and improve efficiency of team tasks.
* Collation of information, data entry and electronic filing duties.

* Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:

* 5+ years of prior experience in a Human Resource function.
* English: full professional proficiency.
* Achievement of established service level agreement timeframes for each
request.
* Adherence to the established processes for each Benefit related requests and
Ad Hoc tasks.
* Use of critical thinking skills on each requ
