We’re looking for a Sr Customer Success Manager - Santiago, Chile

We’re looking for a proven and entrepreneurial Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to grow, nurture and retain our Latin American (LATAM) accounts for our Identity Security (IDV) solutions. Part of our established Americas team, you'll manage a portfolio of existing accounts and be responsible for new customer implementations / onboarding for customers across the LATAM region.





Building and maintaining excellent relationships with client-side C-level and senior managers, you’ll deeply understand their priorities and problems, and help them realize value from their Entrust investment. In doing so you’ll help maximise partnership and revenue opportunities for Entrust. Ensuring our customers have the very best Entrust experience includes managing issues, running QBRs, and setting the stage for cross-selling/up-selling relevant products and services in partnership with Sales.
