About the Role

A leading company is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in strengthening and evolving the organization’s talent attraction strategy.

We are seeking a highly driven professional who combines strong execution capabilities with a strategic mindset. This position will be responsible for managing recruitment processes across a wide range of roles and complexity levels, including operational, commercial, administrative, professional, and leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake meetings through candidate onboarding.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, efficiency, and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and specialized positions.
- Strengthen and expand talent attraction channels, professional networks, partnerships, and alternative recruitment sources.




- Conduct direct search and headhunting activities for critical and strategic positions.
- Develop, update, and implement Talent Acquisition policies, procedures, and standards.
- Standardize interview methodologies, assessment practices, and selection processes.
- Develop and monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
- Drive continuous improvements in candidate experience, employer branding, and the company’s employer value proposition.
- Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and best hiring practices initiatives.
- Manage external recruitment partners, agencies, and talent acquisition platforms when required.
