A Day in the Life

The Clinical Specialist will analyze market and business data; maintain forecasts; monitor product lifecycle; work with Falcon/Cortana and advanced Excel; generate insights and recommendations; partner with commercial teams and influence the sales force across Chile and Bolivia. The role is much more strategic than a traditional field-heavy Clinical Specialist position. This role will be working in Santiago de Chile.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provides on-site education, training, and/or consultation




- Provides field support to healthcare professionals in delivering services to Medtronic customers and achieving the best possible outcomes
- Partners with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans across one or more business units
- Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and knowledge.
- Collaborates closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Commercial teams to provide customer, case, and sales support
- Identifies and facilitates the execution of sales growth opportunities and supports the clinical team
- Serves as a technical resource to support the sales of specific medical products or solutions

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years of experience
- English required
- Advanced Excel required
- Strong analytical capability required
- Experience with forecasting and product lifecycle management
- Falcon/Cortana knowledge useful
- Medical Dev
