The Compliance Associate will be part of the Local and Regional Team based in the Chile office, reporting to the local Compliance Director,



supporting supervising the Compliance functions in the local operation, and for some specific regional projects. This role requires strong knowledge in Compliance matters and local Regulation, dynamic, adaptable, and well-organized individual who can demonstrate the ability to engage with all aspects of Compliance that impact a Chilean asset Management Company.

Key Role And Responsibilities

Support Regulatory, Compliance and Governance relevant matters for the company at a local.
Work closely with colleagues in Moneda and Patria´s Group to ensure that LatAm processes are aligned and feedback any best practice.
Keeping up to date and assessing the impact of new regulatory and legal developments, informing to the Compliance Director of any issues that may affect the company and providing recommendations for actions.
Must inform, keep track, and update action plans related to such new regulations or law projects and its implementation quarte
