We are looking for a Customer Service & Operations Representative to join our team

? The Role
As a Customer Service & Operations Representative, you will own and coordinate the customer journey from quotation through delivery and after-sales support.
You'll combine customer service, order management, international logistics, and operational coordination, making sure customers receive timely information and that orders move smoothly through our organization.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, coordinating across teams, and making things happen — not someone who simply waits for requests to come in.





? The 5 Skills That Matter Most
1. ? International Logistics & Order Management
Experience managing customer orders, shipments, delivery coordination, stock availability, and lead times.
2. ? SAP / ERP & Excel
Strong experience with SAP or another ERP system, combined with solid Excel skills and confidence working with operational data.
3. ? Organization & Follow-Up
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
4. ? Ownership & Problem-Solving
You don't just identify problems — you take ownership, coordinate the right people, and drive solutions through to completion.
