- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with YouTube and video landscape expertise.
- Experience tracking business metrics, analyzing performance trends, documenting client success stories, and reporting strategy effectiveness against regional business goals.
- Knowledge of creator business generation strategies, including designing, packaging, and commercializing influencer programs, sponsorships, and high-profile events.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across internal teams (Sales, Product Specialists, Creator Partnerships,



Insights, and Creative) to develop pitch decks, objection-handling resources, and external narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for translating complex data and ecosystem mechanics into compelling, highly persuasive sales stories.
