I. Purpose of the Jo bTo provide deep analytical and execution support to the Corporate Banking Department, covering the full spectrum of corporate and project finance transactions from origination through credit approval and deal closing. The role applies expert-level financial analysis skills to credit assessment, financial modelling, and transaction structuring support — acting as the primary analytical engine of the CBD and ensuring the quality and rigor of all credit and commercial documentation produced by the team

.

This role combines deep technical expertise with significant operational autonomy, contributes to client coverage and business development activities, and is a key resource for the department's analytical outpu t.

ties. III. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requir ementsEducation & Qualific ationsUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or financial certification (CFA or equivalent) is an adva ntage.Technical Knowledge / Kn ow-HowDeep expertise in corporate financial analysis, including financial modelling, credit analysis, and rating assessment methodologies. Strong knowledge of corporate banking and project finance products and their risk characteristics. Understanding of Chilean banking regulations and internal governance requirements. Macroeconomic knowledge applicable to sector and market analysis.

Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, credit proposal preparation, and transaction execution. Experience with project finance transactions is a plus.

Decision-Making & A utonomyOperates with significant professional autonomy on financial analysis, credit documentation, and transaction execution support tasks within established governance parameters. Applies expert analytical judgment to complex credit situations and financial modelling challenges independently. Escalates structuring decisions, credit determinations, and material risk findings to the Senior Associates or Head of Corporate B anking.
