Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Traffic Ad Agency is a part-time, remote position focused on managing and growing the agency’s social media presence across multiple platforms. The person in this role will plan and publish engaging content, monitor channels daily, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice. They will develop and execute social media strategies and optimization plans, track performance metrics, and prepare concise reports with insights and recommendations. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing goals, support campaign launches, and stay current with platform updates and social media trends.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across major platforms.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear,



engaging posts and interact professionally with online communities and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan editorial calendars, align messaging with marketing objectives, and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
Candidates should possess the ability to use social media analytics tools, interpret data, and report on key performance indicators to improve campaign results.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple channels and tasks independently in a remote environment.
Candidates should possess familiarity with digital marketing concepts; experience with paid social campaigns and A/B testing is beneficial.
Candidates should possess prior experience managing brand or agency social accounts; completion of relevant courses or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
