Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
- Experience in data-driven marketing, advertising technologies (AdTech/MarTech), and advanced business analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Cloud, BigQuery).
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently, to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (from advertiser, agency, or media owner perspectives) in the Andean and LATAM markets.
- Track record of acting as a strategic bridge between Sales, technical teams, and C-level executives, effectively managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments to drive sweeping data infrastructure transformations.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
