What you'll do:

As a People Partner, you'll be responsible for overseeing the administration and management of the company's human resources, ensuring the effective execution of all processes related to the area. This includes maintaining a team of qualified and well-trained personnel who contribute to the successful performance of their duties and are aligned with the organization's strategic planning to achieve its established goals.

On detail, you will:
- Lead HR & Communications activities across the Chile cluster, ensuring strategic alignment and operational execution in partnership with COEs and corporate areas.
- Deploy and execute end-to-end HR processes and transactions.
- Partner with both the Commercial and Supply Chain organizations, providing strategic and operational HR support to leaders and employees across both functions.
