Job Description
Gestión de Proyectos, Programas y Portafolio
Liderar la ejecuciónend-to-endde múltiples proyectos/programas de distinta complejidad
Gestionar portafolios según las necesidades regionales, asegurando el cumplimiento deKDGsDefinir alcance, cronograma, recursos, presupuesto y beneficios esperadosAsegurar la entrega dentro de los parámetros acordados (tiempo, costo, calidad)
Gobierno y Metodología
Asegurar estructuras de gobierno, control yreporting
Garantizar alineación con marcos globales (PMO) y estándares PMI/Agile/Lean
Apoyar a la definicióndeprocesos para gestión de cambios, riesgos,issuesy seguimiento
Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad organizacionales
Actuar como puente entre IT, negocio y proveedores
Gestionar relaciones constakeholdersinternos y externos asegurando alta satisfacción
Desarrollar comunicaciones efectivas a nivel ejecutivo (oral y escrito)
Facilitar workshops y reuniones de toma de decisiones
Gestión de Riesgos y Problemas
Identificar, analizar ydar seguimiento paramitigar riesgos yissuesde forma proactiva
Implementar planes de contingencia y asegurar resolución efectiva
Escalaroportunamentecuandoseanecesario
Ejecución y Entrega
Impulsar la ejecución mediante metodologías y herramientas de gestión de proyectos
Asegurar la captura de incentivos y cumplimiento delbusinesscase
Monitorear desempeño y generar reportes de avance consistentes
Requisitos m ínimos
+8 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos/programas (alineado a PMI)




Experiencia comprobada liderando iniciativas complejasend-to-end
Inglésavanzado
Manejo avanzado de MS Office (especialmente Excel) y herramientas de gestión
Requisitos deseables
CertificaciónPMP oequivalente
Formación en Ingeniería, Administración o similar
Experienciaengestióndeportafolios
Conocimiento en mejora continua, procesos o Change Management
Portugués(deseable)
Experiencia en entornos como medicaldevicesofieldservice(plus)
