Responsibilities:





- Oversee the FP&A; planning and analysis processes, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, delivering detailed analysis and reporting to enable better business insights.
- Support the annual budgeting cycle and monitor execution against plan.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the FP&A; team to achieve departmental objectives.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems and BI (Business Intelligence) tools.
- Strong understanding of financial standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning roles.
