Senior Business Development & Client Growth Manager
Remote | U.S. Market | Eastern Time Overlap Required
We are a growing company with two service lines: general remote staffing solutions and marketing services for U.S.-based businesses. Historically, our work has focused on law firms, and we are now expanding into broader U.S. professional-service and service-based markets as part of our company rebrand.
We are looking for a senior Business Development and Client Growth Manager who can lead new client acquisition, manage sales communication, support client growth, and represent our services confidently with U.S.-based prospects and clients.
This is not an entry-level lead generation role. We need someone who can own the sales process, guide a small team, understand marketing and staffing services, and communicate clearly with clients about strategy, progress, expectations, and results.
What You Will Own
Build and manage a sales pipeline for U.S.-based prospects across staffing and marketing services.
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound,



referrals, partnerships, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Lead discovery calls and clearly explain our staffing and marketing services to business owners and decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, pricing recommendations, follow-ups, and client-facing sales communication.
Manage and grow existing client accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and relationship management.
Act as the communication bridge between clients and the internal marketing team, translating marketing work, campaign results, timelines, and next steps into clear client updates.
Manage, coach, and direct a small business development or sales support team.
Improve sales scripts, outreach sequences, CRM discipline, reporting, and follow-up processes.
Track pipeline activity, conversion rates, revenue opportunities, and team performance.
