Permanent Regular Job Description: The Local Product Manager (with local assets) is a hands‑on product role responsible for owning and evolving one or more country‑specific digital products. Acting as a Feature Owner, this role drives end‑to‑end product delivery in collaboration with a dedicated local squad, ensuring that business needs are translated into user‑focused, high‑performing digital experiences. Reporting to the Local Lead Product Manager or Country Product Director, this position combines local execution ownership with global alignment. It requires a strong ability to bridge business requirements and agile delivery while ensuring product impact through roadmap ownership, backlog management, and KPI tracking.

- Product Ownership & Backlog Management Owns and maintains the local product backlog and roadmap, based on business priorities, user feedback, and stakeholder alignment.



Defines clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities to ensure smooth delivery by the squad.
