About the Role
We are hiring a Project Manager to play a critical role in operationalizing and scaling our Professional Services business.
This is a highly client-facing role, working directly with some of AudienceView’s largest and most complex enterprise clients. You will partner with their leadership and operational teams to define scope, shape delivery plans, and ensure high-quality execution across multi-phase engagements.
You will sit at the center of our services model,



owning the full lifecycle of services delivery from scoping and estimation through to execution and fulfillment. At the same time, this role extends beyond project delivery. You will contribute to the commercial and operational engine of Professional Services, including services revenue forecasting, capacity planning, and resource management across engagements.
Internally, you will act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management, ensuring alignment between what is sold, what is scoped, and what is delivered. This role is critical to helping AudienceView evolve from a reactive services model into a structured, scalable, and profitable Professional Services organization.
