Develop data-driven digital strategies that connect consumer insights, business objectives, and digital channels to maximize campaign performance, ensuring seamless collaboration across influencer, creative, and media teams while delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop multichannel digital strategies for influencer marketing campaigns grounded in consumer insights, market data,



and business objectives
- Define the optimal mix of platforms, formats, and content types to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness
- Translate brand needs into actionable digital blueprints aligned with marketing and communication goals
- Collaborate closely with influencer teams to ensure strategic cohesion
- Bridge data, creative, and execution workflows to support seamless campaign planning
- Leverage analytics and performance insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Monitor digital trends, platform evolutions, and competitive activity to refine strategies proactively
- Identify optimization opportunities across ongoing campaigns based on consumer behavior and market signals
- Support strategic development for new business and pitch processes

Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in digital planning, digital strategy, media planning, or related strategic roles
