Role Description
The Project Manager (Contract) will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects in a remote setting. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables; facilitating communication between internal creative, research,



and logistics teams; and ensuring that project milestones align with client goals and agency standards. The Project Manager will organize workflows, track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project meetings, maintaining documentation, coordinating with expediting and inspection partners when relevant, and producing clear status reports for stakeholders. The contract Project Manager will also contribute to process improvements and support consistent delivery of high-quality, impact-driven work.

Qualifications
- Project management skills, including Project Management and Logistics Management, to oversee timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Expediting and Expeditor experience to coordinate approvals, documentation, and time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
