Role Purpose

Define, lead, and implement Explora’s global brand strategy, ensuring clear differentiation through its values, standards, and vision. This role is responsible for elevating brand equity, driving upper-funnel awareness, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.





The role oversees brand identity, storytelling, content, and design, ensuring that the brand is not only communicated but experienced consistently across product, retail, and guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning : Define and evolve Explora's global brand strategy, positioning, and architecture, ensuring consistency and excellence across all markets and touchpoints.

Brand Awareness & Campaigns : Lead the development and execution of upper-funnel campaigns (from concept to post-campaign analysis), defining KPIs and reporting results to senior leadership.

Content, Storytelling & Brand Experience : Direct integral content strategy, editorial voice, and creative direction for campaigns; lead organic social media; ensure the brand is reflected in the guest experience and physical spaces (lodges, architecture).
