Digital Customer Engagement Senior – SAP BASIS / Cloud Location: Santiago, Chile (100% Remote) Work Modality: Remote Assignment Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension or permanent employment We are looking for a Senior SAP BASIS / Digital Transformation Lead Engineer to join our team. The professional will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with customers, ensuring the proper delivery of contracted services and supporting the entire lifecycle of cloud operations. The role will work closely with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services teams to ensure operational continuity, resolve complex technical incidents, and lead initiatives related to SAP Basis, cloud infrastructure, and SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Main Responsibilities - Manage the technical relationship with customers and ensure compliance with contracted services.

- Coordinate solution delivery together with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services teams.
- Administer SAP Basis platforms and participate in SAP HANA migrations and upgrades.
- Manage infrastructure improvements for Cloud customers.
- Lead incident resolution and escalation processes.
- Collaborate with international and multidisciplinary teams.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with SLAs.
- Support technical projects throughout their implementation and operational lifecycle.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP consulting or technical SAP administration.
- Strong experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience with SAP HANA Database migrations and upgrades.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Knowledge of Cloud architecture and IT infrastructure.
- Advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in direct customer interaction and technical project management.

Desirable

Skills - SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (SPC, TIC).

- ITIL.
- Lean Fundamentals.
- Project Management Fundamentals.
- HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC).
- Experience with other hyperscaler platforms such as Microsoft Azure or - Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
