What you will do

Position Title:Services Business Operations - SAP Next Gen
Location: Santiago, Chile
Duration: Temporary 6 months up to 2 years
Some of the key expectations and tasks include:
Information Modeling.
Multidimensional and relation data analysis.
Generations of analytic reports.
Data mapping and daily routine execution.
Process automation, (Data extraction, formatting, calculations, consolidations, use and generation of macros).
Data validation.
Content verification, development of controls that will grant integrity of information.
General support on everyday business activities such planning and reporting.
Support main processes and tools: forecasts, partner follow up, performance reports, Invoicing, Consulting projects and Premium contract operations support.




You'll potentially work in:
Monitoring the invoice process and invoices to be issue
Analysis supplier contracts and monitoring status on System
Analysis and Control Time & Material Accrual
Support Small Projects and Controlling in Closing Period
Support Project Managers
Analysis Contract / Billing Part
Tax ID verification, and other information as PO and confirmation for Customers
Create Small project in SAP_ System
What you bring

Education and Experience:
Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree
Preferably a graduate of Business, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Computer Sciences, Software, or any other business-related subject




0-2 years of professional experience (not includinginternships)
Requirements and Competencies:
Maximum of 1-2 years of professional experience
Good knowledge of English/Spanish (preferred)
Good knowledge in Microsoft tools (Pref.Excel/Power BI)
Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows, craft strategic prompts to drive innovation, and apply best practices to ensure ethical and effective outcomes.
Staying curious - track emerging developments in AI tooling, foundation models, and enterprise software.
High level of motivation, reliable, disciplined, able to efficiently work under pressure, adaptable to constant change.
Ability and interest to work independently.
