Checkr, Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer for the Screenings Platform in Santiago, Chile. This role drives the technical architecture of multi-system workflows and defines how screening products interact with user data collection systems and with each other.
You will own product development end-to-end, collaborate with Design, Product, Data, and other teams to deploy new experiments, and lead initiatives to scale and reduce technical debt while mentoring engineers across the organization.
