A Day in the Life

El Analista de Ventas brindará soporte analítico y operativo a la gestión comercial en Chile, contribuyendo al seguimiento de ventas, forecast, planificación y toma de decisiones. Me gustaría contar con un profesional con experiencia, proactivo, orientado a resultados y con autonomía para gestionar sus responsabilidades y trabajar transversalmente con distintas áreas. Este rol tendra un modelo flexible en Santiago, Chile.

- Analizar ventas, tendencias, oportunidades e indicadores comerciales (KPIs)
- Apoyar el proceso de forecast, planificación comercial y revisiones periódicas del negocio
- Desarrollar y mantener reportes y dashboards para las áreas Comercial y Clínica
- Brindar soporte analítico a Marketing y otras áreas relacionadas
- Apoyar la preparación de presentaciones y reuniones de negocio locales y regionales
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización de procesos mediante herramientas digitales e Inteligencia Artificial

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:

- Profesional en Ingeniería




- Experiencia previa en análisis de ventas, planificación comercial, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence o posiciones similares
- Conocimiento de análisis de ventas, forecast e indicadores comerciales
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y experiencia con Power BI, SAP, Salesforce y PowerPoint.
- Capacidad para aprender y utilizar CRM y plataformas específicas de Medtronic
- Se valorará experiencia o conocimiento en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial y automatización
- Inglés intermedio requerido; idealmente nivel conversacional
