Your Tasks
- Liderar el desarrollo y crecimiento de la categoría en el área de Trade Marketing, identificando oportunidades para incrementar ventas, cobertura y participación de mercado.
- Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto de Trade Marketing,



asegurando una inversión eficiente y alineada con los objetivos comerciales y el plan anual de la categoría.
- Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a la estrategia promocional de la categoría y de los principales clientes, maximizando el retorno de inversión y el impacto en Sell Out.
- Analizar el desempeño de la categoría mediante indicadores fundamental (Market Share, Sell In, Sell Out, Distribución, Facings, entre otros) para detectar oportunidades y riesgos.
- Liderar la ejecución de promociones, exhibiciones adicionales, activaciones y planes tácticos en punto de venta, garantizando una implementación efectiva y oportuna.
- Desarrollar planes de crecimiento de categoría en conjunto con clientes, utilizando herramientas de Category Management y análisis de shopper para impulsar resultados sostenibles.
- Identificar oportunidades comerciales y promocionales por cliente, canal y segmento, proponiendo iniciativas que fortalezcan la rotación y rentabilidad de
