Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Santiago, responsible for planning, executing,



and optimizing marketing strategies across Yentzen Group’s portals, publications, events, and services. On a day-to-day basis, this role develops and manages marketing campaigns, oversees content and messaging for digital and print channels, and coordinates promotional activities for industry events and summits. The Marketing Manager analyzes market trends and campaign performance, prepares reports, and uses insights to refine strategies and drive audience growth, lead generation, and brand positioning. This role collaborates closely with sales, editorial, events, and consulting teams to ensure consistent branding, effective communication, and alignment with business objectives. The Marketing Manager also manages external vendors or partners when needed and contributes to budgeting, scheduling, and continuous process improvements.
