What You'll Do
Monitor key performance indicators for those charging through Mercado Pago to identify improvements and execute action plans. Ensure the profitability of the client portfolio by seeking upselling opportunities. Identify optimization opportunities to enhance customer experience. Provide support in advising and designing projects for those charging through Mercado Pago and develop long-term meaningful relationships.
What We're Looking For
Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. 5 years of experience in similar positions and commercial relationships. Knowledge of Excel and SQL is desirable.
