What You'll Do
Coordinate the execution of core People processes such as hiring, performance, development, and engagement in alignment with shipping leadership. Support the development of leaders in shipping, ensuring alignment with corporate programs. Analyze and manage People management actions through indicators like turnover and engagement to enhance decision-making.
What We're Looking For
5 years of experience in similar People Business Partner or generalist HR roles. Experience in problem-solving positions with the ability to diagnose and identify opportunities. Proficient in data interpretation and analysis for management insights. Experience managing unions in Chile is required.
