Vice President (VP) of Sales

Position Overview

The Vice President (VP) of Sales is responsible for the company's overall sales strategic planning, the establishment of sales systems, and the management of business growth. The role encompasses sales strategy formulation, sales channel expansion, key account management, team building, market development, and global sales operations. The VP ensures sustained growth in sales targets while enhancing the company's brand influence, market share, and commercial competitiveness within the general jewelry market.

Key Responsibilities

I. Sales Strategic Planning and Business Growth

Formulate medium- to long-term sales strategies and growth plans;

Optimize sales footprint and business development paths based on market trends;

Drive sales growth in domestic and international markets and expand global business operations;

Establish a robust sales target system to enhance overall sales performance.

II. Sales Channel Development and Market Expansion

Develop growth strategies for B2B, B2C, and multi-channel sales;





Expand networks of wholesalers, retailers, brand clients, and international sales partners;

Develop and maintain key markets and strategic sales channels;

Drive sustained growth across online e-commerce, offline retail stores, and international sales operations.

III. Key Account and Sales Relationship Management

Establish and maintain long-term, stable relationships with core clients;

Manage key accounts, strategic partners, and large-scale commercial projects;

Gain deep insight into client needs and formulate strategies for client acquisition and retention;

Enhance customer satisfaction, repeat purchase rates, and the value of partnerships.

IV. Sales Team Building and Cross-functional Collaboration

Oversee sales team organization, talent development, and performance management;

Guide the sales team in setting and executing goals;

Coordinate with marketing, product, supply chain, and operations teams;
