China Mobile International Chile is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to focus on Carrier Business Development in Chile, with a primary focus on International Voice Wholesale and SMS A2P business.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with telecom operators, international carriers, CPaaS providers, SMS aggregators, and wholesale partners.Identify and develop new business opportunities in International Voice and SMS A2P services, including voice termination, SMS interconnection, and international messaging solutions.Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, routing, and traffic exchange with carrier partners to maximize business growth and profitability.Manage existing carrier accounts, monitor traffic performance and service quality, and work closely with internal teams to optimize routing and commercial results.Track industry trends, market dynamics,



and regulatory developments related to the international wholesale telecom market.Represent the company at regional and international telecom industry events to expand the partner network and strengthen China Mobile International's presence in the carrier community.Coordinate with China Mobile International's general carrier teams to identify cross-border business opportunities and deliver integrated wholesale solutions.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above, preferably in Telecommunications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in the international telecommunications industry, with a focus on Carrier Wholesale, International Voice, SMS A2P, Messaging, or Interconnect business.Strong network with telecom operators, international carriers, CPaaS providers, or SMS aggregators.Solid understanding of international voice wholesale, SMS A2P business models, routing, pricing, and commercial operations.Proven track record in business development, commercial negotiations, and managing strategic carrier partnerships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Language: Spanish (native/fluent) and English (business proficiency).
