? Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will:

- Architect and Develop: Design and implement high-quality, performant, and scalable features using React and TypeScript, consistently leveraging and enhancing the company’s internal design system and component library.

- Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor mid-level and junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices for maintainability and scalability.

- Complexity Reduction: Simplify and modernize complex, high-traffic user flows into intuitive, world-class experiences, with a focus on real-time data visualization and operational clarity.

- Testing and Quality: Champion quality by establishing comprehensive unit, integration (using tools like Cypress), and end-to-end testing strategies for new and existing codebases.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate ambiguous, high-level requirements into clean, production-ready code.

- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve client-side performance bottlenecks, focusing on optimizing rendering speed, asset loading, and network efficiency.

? Basic Qualifications

- Professional Experience:



5+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.

- Core Technologies: Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Web Fundamentals: Expert command of HTML and CSS fundamentals, including modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid) and experience with CSS-in-JS or component styling methodologies.

- Asynchronous Mastery: Expert-level understanding of asynchronous programming concepts (Promises, async/await, Observables) and state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand).

- Testing Acumen: Extensive experience writing robust unit and integration tests for frontend code, with practical experience using tools like Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library.

- System Knowledge: Proven ability to work on a large-scale application, understanding the challenges of state synchronization, data fetching, and handling real-time updates.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (conversational and technical proficiency).

- Platform Modernization: Experience working with and migrating features from legacy or non-React frameworks (e.g., Ember, Backbone, Angular) to a modern React/TypeScript stack.
