Business Development Representative (BDR) – Remote | B2B Sales & Lead Generation

About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, engage, and qualify new B2B business opportunities.
You’ll combine prospect research, outbound outreach, relationship building, and discovery to generate qualified opportunities for the closing team.
What You’ll Do
- Identify companies matching the Adecuado Customer Profile (ICP)
- Build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers
- Execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct initial discovery and qualification conversations
- Understand prospect challenges and position relevant solutions
- Qualify and hand off opportunities to the closing team
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM
- Test messaging and outreach strategies to improve conversions
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B business development or outbound sales experience
- Experience selling to U.S.-based businesses preferred
- Strong prospecting and account research skills
- Excellent phone, email, and LinkedIn communication
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels
- Results-driven and comfortable working against KPIs
