We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a leading company in the manufacture of components that optimize the flow of bulk material in the cement and mining industries, which is expanding its operations to Chile.

About the challenge

You must develop and implement a business growth strategy that is aligned with general objectives that meets the needs of the Chilean market.

You will have to identify business opportunities in clients that have requirements compatible with internal products and solutions.

You will be in charge of establishing strong and lasting relationships with key clients in the mining and cement sector, understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.

You will collaborate with the engineering and technical support team to ensure that the solutions offered meet customer specifications and expectations.

You will need to stay up to date on market trends and regulatory changes in the mining and cement sector in Chile.

You will manage the entire sales cycle,



from prospecting to contract closing and successful delivery of products and services.

You will represent at industry events, conferences and trade fairs in Chile and abroad.

You will prepare regular progress reports and market analysis for the company's leadership team in Brazil.

¿What would we love about you?

That you have a professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

At least 5 years of proven experience in the sector in sales or business management in the mining and/or cement sector in Chile.

That you have the availability to travel frequently within Chile and abroad.

It is highly desirable that you have solid knowledge of the mining and cement industries, including their operations and specific challenges.

Possess an advanced level of English, essential for effective communication in an international work environment. (Exclusive)
