Role Description The Consultant will work in a part-time, hybrid role based in Santiago, with a combination of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client needs, designing practical methodologies and interventions, and preparing clear reports and presentations. The role involves conducting research, gathering data from clients and stakeholders, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.



The Consultant will participate in client meetings, workshops, and follow-up sessions to support implementation and measure outcomes. Collaboration with internal team members to refine tools, frameworks, and best practices is also an important aspect of this position.

Qualifications
Requiered:
Psychology or other relevant Human Resources Managent degrees ; equivalent practical experience also considered.
Professional proficiency in English.
1-2 years of experience in relevant áreas.
Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
Desired:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
