Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive, fast-learning data analyst who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help shape the foundation of a growing company. Your priority will be to leverage AI to make analytics and reporting faster, smarter, and more scalable. This role is idóneo for someone who is highly analytical, technically curious, and excited to experiment with new AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights: Develop clear analyses, reporting, and visualizations that translate data into meaningful recommendations.



Leverage tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to build and maintain dashboards for internal and client use.

AI-Powered Analytics & Automation: Leverage AI, automation, and emerging analytical tools to streamline data preparation, analysis, reporting, and recurring workflows. Build and improve AI-enabled processes that increase the speed, quality, and scalability of analytics work.

Innovation & Cross-Functional Support: Research and experiment with new AI technologies, analytical methods, and data tools to continuously improve how the team works with data and information. Partner across client and internal projects, contributing analytical expertise and adapting quickly as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related analytical field
Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to work with complex datase
