The Role
As our Support Engineer – LATAM, you’ll be a hands-on technical resource supporting VERIDAPT customers, service partners and internal teams across the Americas.
You’ll troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues, support project implementations and commissioning activities, and work closely with customers and partners to ensure our systems are operating reliably in the field.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys getting to the root cause of problems,



working across hardware, software and communications systems, and building strong relationships with customers and technical teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide remote and occasional onsite technical support to customers and service partners across the Americas.
Investigate and resolve complex issues across hardware, software, networking, cloud connectivity, telemetry, communications and field infrastructure.
Analyse logs, alerts, monitoring systems, connectivity behaviour and operational data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Support field technicians, customer operational teams and partners during incidents and technical investigations.
Troubleshoot communications interruptions, telemetry failures, device availability issues, data synchronisation problems and other operational issues.
Support the implementation, configuration and commissioning of VERIDAPT solutions.
