As a Disease Area Strategy Lead (DASL) and part of the Leadership Team in Roche Pharma Chile, you will be the strategic architect responsible for co-creating and embedding the long-term vision for your Therapeutic Areas. You will translate this vision into clear, prioritized, and impactful outcomes for both the Therapeutic Area Squad (TAS)



and the affiliate. Working in close orchestration with the country's leadership team, you will align integral goals with the needs of the local healthcare system, leading the team of Marketing Value Leads to ensure access, value, and sustainable growth of our comprehensive solutions for patients.
About the opportunity:
Orchestrate the affiliate’s medium and long-term strategic development, connecting market needs and pipeline innovations with global strategic objectives.
Lead and empower the Marketing Value Leads team to continuously maximize the value of our Pharma products, services, and new pipeline launches.
Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and commercial performance to define key strategic priorities, optimal investment models, and portfolio management strategies.
Ensure efficient management of the Therapeutic Area budget, OPEX, and P&L;, evaluating the financial and acces
