For our sales department in Nihon Kohden Europe, we are looking for a Clinical Sales Manager DBU, based either in Poland, Baltics or Nordics (Home office)

Your tasks

You are responsable mainly for our Critical Care productions, such as Patient Monitoring, Venilation and Digital Health Solutions
Acquisition of - and sales support for - complex innovation or replacement projects, and in-depth understanding of respective customer requirements to develop appropriate solution design




Analysis of established processes on customer site and identification of opportunities for optimization in the area of clinical and data workflows in the Critical Care segment.
Positioning of Digital Health Solutions as part of the overall solution around the core products, as well as a decision driver for healthcare modernization projects.
Providing ongoing support to customers and Distributors during the introduction of new device- and/or Digital Health solutions
Managing customer projects during the trial phase in close collaboration with the responsible Distributor
Providing training on the clinical application of Nihon Kohden’s solutions, both for Distribution Partners and Customers
Developing and maintaining a network of clients and key opinion leaders and participating in trade shows and conferences
Acquire and exhibit market segmentation knowledge of his/her countries
Development of sales and product campaigns in close collaboration with NKE Marketing, NKE Marketing Communications, and the regional distribution partners
Ensure a competitive positioning
