Head of Marketing – FMA Industrial

FMA Industrial is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing, positioning and digital growth strategy.

FMA is a general leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of mining equipment, with products and solutions operating in more than 30 countries. We serve some of the world’s leading mining companies and are entering a new stage of international growth, combining deep engineering expertise with a clear ambition to scale our global commercial presence.

We are looking for someone who can help us take the next step: strengthening FMA’s global positioning, building a more sophisticated B2B marketing engine, and supporting our commercial expansion across equipment, spare parts, services and international representations.

Key responsibilities
Design and execute FMA’s marketing strategy.
Strengthen FMA’s brand positioning in Chile and international markets.
Develop technical-commercial content for mining clients, distributors and strategic partners.
Manage FMA’s digital presence, including LinkedIn, website,



campaigns and commercial materials.
Support sales and business development with lead generation, market development and account-based marketing initiatives.
Build marketing tools for equipment, spare parts, services and new international representations.
Coordinate external providers such as design, content, web, PR or performance marketing agencies.
Profile

We are looking for a marketing professional with experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial, mining, engineering, manufacturing or technology-driven businesses.

We especially value:

Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear commercial messages.
Experience in digital marketing, LinkedIn, content, branding and demand generation.
Strong business judgment and commercial orientation.
Ability to work closely with technical and commercial teams.
Advanced or fluent English.
