En Turner & Townsend estamos buscando un(a) Cost Control Professional para integrarse a nuestro equipo de proyectos de Data Centers. Si te apasiona el control financiero de proyectos de construcción de gran escala, el análisis de costos y la generación de valor a través de una gestión optimizado, esta oportunidad es para ti.
Principales Responsabilidades
Desarrollar y mantener presupuestos detallados de proyectos, considerando mano de obra, materiales, equipos y servicios.
Realizar análisis de costos y proyecciones financieras para asegurar el cumplimiento presupuestario.
Identificar riesgos financieros y proponer estrategias de mitigación.
Elaborar y presentar reportes de costos y avance
