Role Description The English Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in the Santiago Metropolitan Area. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and bilingual standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in school meetings and professional development,



supporting student well-being, and communicating regularly with families or guardians. The English Teacher is expected to contribute to a positive classroom climate that promotes respect, inclusion, and academic excellence.
Qualifications
Strong skills in English language teaching, including lesson planning, classroom instruction, and assessment.
Ability to design engaging learning activities that foster reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Competence in classroom management and creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and colleagues.
Experience or strong interest in bilingual and international education settings.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proficiency in English at a native or near-nativ
