As the Commercial Manager for Roche Diagnostics in Chile, you will serve as a pivotal sales leader, serving as a member of the Affiliate Leadership Team (DLT) and driving the overall commercial strategy across the territory. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will lead a high-performing sales team,



maintain key customer relationships and distributor partnerships, define commercial policies, and drive cross-functional synergies with Strategy & Business Innovation (S&BI;), Medical, Access, and Customer Experience teams. In this role, you will inspire senior commercial talent, foster a collaborative culture, and achieve long-term sales revenue, expenditure, and market-share targets.
About the opportunity:
Lead, coordinate, and oversee all sales activities for the Diagnostics division in Chile, ensuring the achievement of top-line revenue targets, sales forecasts, and expenditure budgets.
