Position Overview
The People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator will manage recruiting coordination and provide reliable administrative support across employee operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain employee documents, recruiting records, process trackers, calendars, and checklists.
- Track company equipment and coordinate assignment and return of assets.
- Maintain current operating procedures and coverage documentation.
- Monitor the VP’s operational queue during planned absences and ensure that tasks are completed, assigned, or escalated.
- Send established customer payment reminders using information supplied by Finance; document responses and escalate disputes.
- Provide limited administrative support for client scheduling, meeting preparation, CRM updates, and routine follow-up.
- Perform other closely related people and administrative duties as business needs evolve.
Qualifications/Attributes
- Three or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, people operations,
or a comparable administrative role.
- At least two years of hands-on recruiting experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English and fluent Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
- Competence with Google Workspace, Zoom, Indeed, and at least one applicant tracking or HR information system.
- Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services is preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely with several hours of overlap with US Pacific Time.
- Thinks through problems and identifies missing information.
Compensation:
- $1950-$2300 USD/mo gross
