?We are looking for a
Bilingual Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant
for the chilean branch of a North-American services company.

?This role will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s full accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and IFRS-compliant information. The position combines hands-on accounting execution with business control, reporting, process improvement, and interaction with local and international stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the full monthly accounting close process.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Oversee billing, collections, reconciliations, and aging control.
- Support payroll, labor obligations, and related tax processes.
- Control and reconcile inventories, ensuring consistency between accounting and operational records.




- Prepare financial reports and provide analysis for decision-making.
- Work closely with management and international teams in an English-speaking environment.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting roles, ideally with previous leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Advanced or fluent English level.
- Experience with accounting software / ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in inventory control and reconciliation.
- Background in services companies will be highly valued.
