Principal Responsibilities:

· Development, validation, and stewardship of capital cost (CAPEX) estimates for large, complex mining and industrial projects delivered under EPC and EPCM execution models

· Lead the preparation of order-of-magnitude, conceptual, pre-feasibility, feasibility, and definitive CAPEX estimates in line with AACE Class 5 through Class 1 standards.

· Ensure estimates are developed using appropriate methodologies, benchmarks, factored and detailed approaches,



consistent with project phase and data maturity.

· Develop and document estimate bases, assumptions, exclusions, qualifications, and methodologies.

· Validate estimate completeness, accuracy, and alignment with scope definition, execution strategy, contracting approach, and schedule.

· Support and participate in estimate reviews, peer reviews, audits, and stage-gate approvals.

· Align estimating outputs with risk assessments, escalation models, indirects, and allowances

· Interface closely with Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commercial teams to ensure cost alignment across all disciplines.

· Support development of cash flow forecasts, manning curves, and cost phasing aligned with project schedules
